Over at the Strib, they shoved an apple pie up Norm’s ass and ran this picture under the caption, “Now an ex-senator, Coleman gets bipartisan sendoff.”
The implication is that Norm was beloved, but the truth is that Democrats are way classier than Republicans.
Hmm. Not sure “classier” is the right word. More easily rolled? That would be closer.
Even Opinuendo parked the snark and gave us the actuarial run down. The perfect touch, sadly ruined by an imaginary conversation between Dick Cheney and Tim Pawlenty deeper in the column.
